Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing practice of using a smooth- edged tool to apply pressure to release pain and tension. It is known to aid in lymphatic drainage (the body's main detoxification system) as well as its ability to physically firm the skin. Helping to improve skins elasticity, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as releasing facial muscle tension and helping products to absorb faster and better.

HOW TO USE:

1. Start with cleansed skin and then apply a face oil or serum to your face and neck.

2. Keep the tool flat and stroke upwards using a light to medium pressure. Start at the base of one side of your neck upwards towards your chin.

3. Using slow sweeping strokes across the face to reduce fine lines, relax muscles and define jaw and cheekbones.

4. Clean tool after each use and place it safely into its pouch as it is a very delicate fragile stone.
