Our aim is to ensure all our customers are happy with each purchase, if however, you have a query or change your mind then please contact us via email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item arrives damaged or broken please email images within 48 hours of receiving your order. Should you wish to cancel your order please email within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure it does not get shipped.
We do request that all items are returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will offer an exchange, store credit or a full refund.
We recommend that you return items via recorded delivery so you have a proof of return in case the item gets lost in transit.
Please ensure you have sufficient insurance coverage especially when returning valuable products. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please note that any bespoke or specially requested pieces are non-refundable.
