Lung + Respiratory Aid

This is the tea we donated to over 1,900 families (and counting) in California that have been affected by the fires one way or another. Maintaining lung health is crucial due to the potentially damaging results of toxic fumes, or trauma due to the current world events. Lung health encompasses all that is our respiratory system and according to Chinese medicine, is where we process grief and emotional trauma.

Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) Leaf*, Milky Oats (Avena sativa)*, Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root*, Nettle (Urtica dioica) Leaf*, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) Mushroom*, Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) Leaf*, Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) Root*

2oz dried herbal blend

Add 1 Tbsp per cup of hot water. Steep for 10-15 min. Strain, enjoy, and breathe deeply.
